Request Email Address be added to Allow List in Appriver.

After the email has been clicked to be released or viewed, it will take you to this window.

Under the “Allow Request Items” section you will need to put a check next to the “From <email address>”. 

We would strongly recommend against allowing the entire domain, as this could allow unwanted messages to bypass the filter.

Then click on “Submit Request to Administrator”.

Once the Admin approves it the email address will be added to the allowed list.
