Accessing your AVD Cloud Workspace from a Mac device

The below steps will guide you through the setup of your AVD Cloud Workspace on a Mac device.


Step1: Installing and configuring the needed software on your device



  • Once installed, launch the Windows App application.


  • respond to any prompts to allow the system to access your devices.


  • Click the plus sign in the upper right corner, then Add Work Account.


Step2: Authenticating to your AVD Workspace


  • On the next page you should be prompted to enter your Microsoft username and password, as well as your Authenticator code.


  • Once you have successfully authenticated, you will presented with the available Cloud resources to launch.
